Lambo Police Car? Yes Please!
Then suddenly, you hear sirens blazing from the corner of your ears. You peeked at your rear view mirror only to see blue and red lights flashing by. Its the cops. Fuck.
You decided to outrun the police; lets assume you are driving some JDM monster like an Evo or a Scooby. How fast can the police go anyway, you told yourself. But what was about to happen next will blow your mind away.
The siren was becoming louder; those oh-so-familiar flashing lights were becoming brighter. With a puzzled look, you stare at your speedo which tells you that you are almost hitting the 200 km/h mark. Then, the police car overtook you.
And the mystery was solved.
The car was in fact a Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Polizia. Polizia stands for police in Italian.
Official Lamborghini Press Release
Sant’Agata Bolognese, October 24, 2008 – a private ceremony was held today at the Viminale Palace where Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. donated a police version of the company’s newest super sports car, Gallardo LP560-4 Polizia, to the head of the Italian State Police, Prefect Antonio Manganelli.
The new Gallardo LP560-4 Polizia, which replaces the previous Gallardo in use by the Italian police force since 2004, has a 560 horsepower engine that can reach speeds of up to 203 mph. The car will begin service with the Lazio Highway Police Department in order to continue accident and crime prevention to sustain security on the Italian roads.

The Gallardo LP560-4 Polizia shares the same technical specification of a regular Gallardo, with additional 'toys' to play with.
In addition to its 5.2 liters v10, 552 bhp AWD transplant, the Gallardo is also fitted with the 'classic' array of police equipment, such as a gun holster, police radio equipment and the 'Paletta', the traditional hand-held stop sign used to advise motorists and traffic offenders to pull over. Officers can then use a removable screen to show offenders their misdeeds immediately, complete with an overlay of all the associated data.
I certainly doubt the Malaysian government will splurge that kind of money to upgrade their fleet of police vehicles. But I'm not surprise if they do so anyways *hint hint Perdana gearbox..Mercedes E-Class..*hint hint
Malaysians, we are safe. For now =)
